With over two decades of experience driving revenue and growth for leading national nonprofits, Olga Dickard is a recognized expert in nonprofit marketing and donor strategy. She turns vision into measurable results, partnering with mission-driven organizations to build high-performing direct response programs that inspire action and deepen donor commitment- from first gift to lifelong support. Olga’s expertise spans digital and direct mail, grounded in a data-driven, donor-centric approach.

Before founding Dickard Consulting, she held senior roles at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, TrueSense Marketing, and Marketeam, where she led multimillion-dollar campaigns, pioneered innovative fundraising strategies, and scaled donor engagement.

Today, Olga continues to collaborate with nonprofits ready to grow with clarity and confidence. She brings not just strategic insight, but a hands-on, collaborative spirit – creating sustainable, scalable programs rooted in transparency, trust and shared purpose.
